    Trying new foods and exploring new culinary combinations was our April class with Joan Bardossi, our Regional Director of Culinary Services. The class sampled Macaroni & Cheese Bites, Falafel with Tzatziki Sauce, Salad with Avocado Ranch Dressing and a Southern Peach with Raspberry Sauce for a little something sweet.

    Grande'Vie residents enjoyed a day celebrating Cinco de Mayo with a nacho and cheese social, Mexican music and a Pinata that was made in craft class. It was a great day for all.
