Trying new foods and exploring new culinary combinations was our April class with Joan Bardossi, our Regional Director of Culinary Services. The class sampled Macaroni & Cheese Bites, Falafel with Tzatziki Sauce, Salad with Avocado Ranch Dressing and a Southern Peach with Raspberry Sauce for a little something sweet.
